Family!
And what was better than all of those goal completing is that Elder Padilla and I were able to baptize Noelia Diaz. Don´t know if you remember her, but she was almost baptized back in April, until her parents decided that they weren´t going to let her. Well! We weren't really able to talk to her for about a month. She had a rather busy study schedule, but she still was going to church semi regularly. Two weeks ago, por fin, we were able to talk to her. She expressed her desires to be a member but also her many fears. Then this week Wednesday we had another lesson with her and she told us she wanted to get baptized! The service was wonderful and she was very happy despite the consequence that will probably follow.
As for today, supposedly it´s memorial day? As for pday we had a district activity which was just a big pizza party. Thrilling, I know.
My heart goes out to Maxine Nieves. Not really a big shock, I was hoping I was going to be able to see her soon but it´s nice to know that she can rest now.
I got a letter from Sister Feske, it was a nice surprise. I also got your letter mom, the one with the dinosaur on it. No one talks about the dinosaurs here, or better put, that way back in the day there were dinosaurs here.
Love,
